Alana and her Hubby are Great. She did our wedding pics 8 years ago and it only seemed right to have our little family session down with her this time around . She was great at going with the flow especially since we had our dogs in the photos 10/10 recommend and we loved our photos ! They’re so cute.

We did a newborn family shoot with Alana in our home. While I was nervous how it would all work with my 2 week old and my toddler, Alana was calm collected and made it feel easy and comfortable. The photos are so perfect, the vibe is exactly what I wanted and we’ll forever cherish them.

This was the first time I had worked with Alana. From the beginning she was very friendly and reasonable. When I had questions about outfits she was so helpful and she was all about wanting her clients to be comfortable as to who we are & she shared ideas. When it came to taking the photos it was nice to meet her husband who helped her out. She takes the lead in the session and made us feel comfortable, never forcing poses but guiding us and still letting us be ourselves in the moment and we did some climbing/adventuring (on trains) so much fun! The end result of our pictures were amazing! I cried seeing them, cause she captured my husband and I in such a sweet way & I will get to cherish these forever. My husband and I look forward to being able to work with her again.

We LOVED getting our family pictures taken by Alana! She was wonderful. Pictures were so natural and it didn’t seem awkward at all. We booked her to take pictures of our son and family for his one year and she was so patient with him when he was being shy. I loved our experience so much I booked her for our next special memory event. I have recommended her to all my friends!

I definitely recommend Alana for any occasion you are looking for. I had my maternity pictures taken by her and loved them. Once I told her I was looking for a beach background she went to work and gave me a list of beaches she thought I would be comfortable and easy for me to get too being pregnant. She was very attentive the entire time I was okay or if I needed a break. She also let me know the weather a couple days before so I can prepare my self for it. She was very attentive with details making sure my hair okay and also my jewelry. Over all our experience was the best. Thank you Alana!

Alana was so great!!! I had a vision for our maternity photos and I shared it with her before our shoot. She totally hit the nail on the head! Plus she added her artistic touch and we got shots that were not “planned” but were equally as beautiful, if not more so! First, I love Alana. Second, I love Alana AND thirdly, I LOVE ALANA. This is my 2nd time doing a photoshoot with her. I've done a photoshoot with my dog and fiance and the most recent is with my mom. She does an excellent job at finding the best location. She provides an outfit guideline that makes her photography that much more special. During the shoot she gives great recommendations for different poses. She really guides you if you have never done photos before (me) I will forever book Alana for all my intimate family photos ♡ would recommend to anyone not really knowing where to start. Alana is such a sweet and fun person. She made this session and all my previous sessions with her so much fun! I love how comfortable she makes you feel. Alana was wonderful to work with!! We originally booked an elopement shoot but harsh weather kept postponing our plans. We ended up holding off on our shoot, but were able to utilize Alana’s services for maternity pictures. Intense weather conditions struck once again as it was super hot the day of our shoot. Alana and her assistant made sure to try and keep us cool and comfortable. I was nervous about taking pictures as I’d never done a professional photoshoot but Alana provided great guidance. Our pictures turned out beautiful! Alana was very responsive and helped us with downloading our pictures. It truly felt like we were working with a family friend. If you’re in the Sacramento area I would highly recommend.
